Review about Rare View
This is the 21st Century. I think it’s time for some companies to change their policies if they expect to stay competitive. This firm is living in the past. Have you ever heard of someone telling you that they will return your call in several hours? I expect that from friends, but not from a customer service representative. I don’t want to hear that when I call the customer service department. Well, they just lost a good customer. They can forget about me referring them to my friends and family members
