TICKETS WERE PAID FOR AND NEVER DELIVERED
Bought tickets for the Arsenal x Newcastle game at Emirates Stadium. Fanpass claims the tickets were delivered to the address, but they were never delivered. It says in their online invoice that "tickets were left at maibox", but there is no mailbox at the address. There were people there at the time the tickets were "delivered". We checked with neighbors and nothing. Fanpass couldn't even assist us by checking with UPS. Fanpass as far as I'm concerned are scammers. Irresponsible, incompetent service.
