Today I rang the club 127 to order there fabulous fried chicken. I made the call at 8.30pm. I explained I was attending the notorious stormzy concert. I was told my food would be waiting when I left the concert. Ok, I've left the concert in Brixton at 9.40pm and headed towards the 127 club. I've arrived only to be told by staff that my food had been sold. Now this behaviour is not acceptable and it's far from professional. I don't understand the policy of this outrage and I'm very disappointed with there approach to the issue. I was not given any courtesy apology or nothing. Only that my food was sold and the staff continues to dismiss the matter as if it was nothing. I live in north London Islington and I do not see the point in making telephone orders with a company, especially if they are going to do dreadful things like sell on your order. Totally upset with this
