I resigned from Lady Godiva Beauty, due to incidents that happened, that are against the policies & procedures I agreed to. The CEO, Camille Milke, is the person responsible. She has gone against her own company's compliance & spoken ill about her representatives, behind their backs. She tried to conspire with one of my downline, to promote her & place her as MY team leader, removing my status as a Corporate Founder. I have proof of all of this, in the form of undoctored, FB messages from the team member herself. Camille Milke has also not paid the commissions according to policy. First it was 3 days, then 3 weeks, then within 30 days. The day I resigned, I had several commissions in the 30+ days range. Also, I requested ALL commissions owed to me, $455.61, prior to resigning. I got a ridiculous email from her, stating I may request my commissions after 31 days, since I resigned. The entire company is a joke. They do not have the funds to purchase products, they claim to have a "team" working behind the scenes. There's no team. It's her & her husband. Many reps aren't being paid. Refunds are not being issued. Products are not being sent. The website is a hideous mess. She relies on her representatives, to form her corporate team & run the business & host corporate events, without pay or compensation for their efforts. Some of the makeup is good. Most is low quality, marked up to super inflated prices. All in all, there is no business plan, no ethics & a lot of talking behind people's backs. No one is making any real money, although she will mislead you to believe they are. My final point is the products are not worth it & the "business opportunity", is just an opportunity for her to get her hands on your money.

I was a beauty for 3 months. I loved it. I was forced to resign because the CEO is a bully. She blocked and took me out of corporate trainings and chats. I was friends with former beauties and liked their video they made about the truth of lady Godiva beauty and the CEO Camille Milke. I purchased over 400 in make up for my business and was just kicked out. She still expected me to work with NO access to information. She has yet to pay me my 150$ in commission. I gave her a benifet of a doubt because I knew about her past and gave it a chance. GO with your GUT! She is a bully portraying LGB as an anti bullying company. She uses her very sad story about her daughter to get people to feel bad for her.

Oh my where do I start? I was one of the first to join before it was fully developed in August 2016. I left in March due to the bullying by the CEO. She tells you who to block or unfriend and what you can or can't have on your personal Facebook page. Camille Lisa Milke has a very fraudulent past and yet started this company. She constantly uses her stories about her daughter's death to increase sales. She's started an anti-bully campaign yet she's a big bully. She's nasty to her reps and wants everyone to praise her. She's not paying commissions and shipping times are ridiculously long. She doesn't order product from manufacturer until she gets enough orders from customers so this makes shipping over a month. She constantly lies about everything. She can't be trusted as she's talked about her top directors behind their backs yet they defend her. She blocks EVERYONE on Facebook that knows the truth about her. How can you run a business on fb all day blocking people that like, comment or share anything that's about you. Who has that kind of time? Products are low quality and way overpriced. Beware of this company there's no future there.

On June 28th, I joined a new direct selling company called Lady Godiva Beauty. I've been in direct sales since 2007 and I was excited to hear about a new opportunity. I acheived rank of Elite Beauty within 30 days and Noble Beauty within 60 days. I was the #1 top seller in the company during the month of July 2017. I recruited beauties and built my team to 35 women with the promise of no quotas (ever - as ALL of their posts on social media indicated) Without warning - in early September 2017 - all beauties were advised of a quota requirement. Though small, this was an issue with many on my team. In direct sales - to be sucessful you need to build relationships with others and this does not happen in a speedy manner. Many people left the company because of this. I was a director with this company until late August. I resigned my directorship due to a family illness matter and because I was told I was to remove all postings mentioning other makeup products I used. I often do Makeup Of The day posts to talk about products that work for me and give tips and tricks on application. Lady Godiva Beauty does not offer many of the products that I use to create makeup looks every day. As of 9/7/17 I was removed from all corporate groups on Facebook without warning or explanation. I have tried to call the toll free number also without sucess. I have not posted anything untrue regarding Lady Godiva Beauty and I am dumbfounded as to why I was removed. I have a support ticket in, and that also has remained unanswered. Being removed from social media groups prevents me from knowing state of affairs, incentives, and sales. It has seriously hurt my ability to run my business. I sincerely hope that anyone that consideres joining a new direct sales company do their research on the CEO, location, etc. Lady Godiva Beauty's 'corporate' address is actually a UPS store PO box. There are many other issues with this company included extremely delayed shipping times for all products ordered. I ordered my business kit in July, and have been told numerous times the makeup trunks are on back order. In order to sign up new 'beauties' you are required to purchase a business kit (which includes a makeup trunk and some makeup to demo). How can I legitimately sign someone up knowing that they cannot effictively advertise their business and promote/demo the products when they are on constant back order? I have requested my final commisions check to be loaded to my paycard, and makeup to be sent to me in leu of the makeup trunk since as of the date of this report - Lady Godiva still does not have an idea when the trunks will be in. In my personal suspicion - the trunks/makeup are not on backorder - the company does not have the money to purchase these things. I hope everyone that reads this is encouraged to do due dilgence in researching any sort of business venture. It is easy to get burned.

I have tried several companies products and none compare to the quality of Lady Godiva Beauty products, I am beyond blessed I found Lady Godiva Beauty the products last a very long time, are high quality and perfect for every skin type

I Joined Lady Godiva Beauty because I saw the vision that CEO Camille had for a new Beauty company. I was not disappointed. I have tried almost all of our products and they are beyond amazing. The main reason I love Lady Godiva Beauty products: is that I have very sensitive skin and have tried many other brands. All the other brands burn or make my skin breakout, with Lady Godiva Beauty I don't have that problem. I highly recommend Lady Godiva Beauty for anyone that has sensitive skin.

I worked with what they call a beauty to determine what my shade of BB Cream would be and then to decide on colors of lip products to purchase. I am in love with the Creme Brulee BB Cream and Riviera Oh So Shimmer Dust, well as the other products I received. Even better was hearing the company background and how Camille Milke created the company as a legacy to her daughter. The Beauty made sure to follow up and check in after I received my products as well.
