Whaat a jooke
Stop trying to sell me services I don't want when I call for help! When I'm having an issue with my service and I call for help, I don't want someone trying to sell me things. I want someone to help me with my problems I'm having. Trying to see me ***** when I'm trying to get help is poor business practice.
