An order was placed the beginning of November, to arrive by Christmas! I still have yet to receive anything! There has been no movement on the USPS tracking & it says USPS is awaiting the item! It hasn’t even been shipped and it’s now FEBRUARY! This company is trash and I’ve emailed them 3 times for a refund!

I purchased a "book" for my grand daughter for her new Guinea pig for $9.58 plus tax, paperback, I received in mail a pamphlet with information on it with a cover with a picture of a guinea pig on it, Are you kidding me!!!!! I read through "so called book" and it was basic with general information, SHAME ON YOU, I will not purchase from this company and will let EVERYONE I know about this company

Why does Walmart deal with this fake company.

I had the same experience where the item show delivered but we never received it. The company's customer service was not good. Fortunately, Walmart issued a refund.

I purchased an adult activity book to help me keep sane during the shelter in place regulations. I was home at the time of the supposed delivery. No knock or anything on door to alert of delivery. I got an email the next day saying my order had been delivered. I didn't receive it. I looked all around and nothing. I went to Walmart.com and it said to wait 48 hours before saying a package wasn't received in case it comes. I emailed after 3 days. I got a response telling me it was delivered. I said, I know it says it was delivered but it wasn't received. They take no responsibility because it says it was delivered. Now, I'm out of my book and out of my money. It was only $10 but its the fact that I have nothing to show for it.

We ordered a coloring book of BTS the band for my daughter's 13th birthday. We're in isolation. She can't see friends for her birthday. She was looking forward to the BTS merchandise, and what do we get? A "Trucks" coloring book. Trucks? How is that a substitute for a book about a band? We received no notice there would be a substitution: I assume that's because I would have cancelled the order. Instead, they robbed me of $10.00, sent me a useless coloring book, and disappointed a 13 year old birthday girl. In my opinion, "Pros" would have behaved as professionals. If they didn't have what I ordered on hand, they would have let me know and cancelled the order themselves.

I order some movies and never receive them.whn I call to ask for the product they tell me someone will get in tocuch with me in two days .Well next day morning tan tan email .Sorry your order was delivered already and is nothing we can do .I email them back .Ok we’ll i do have cameras at home and I can show you none delivery at my home on the day you indicated.Tan tan email back !well to bad because show as send case close .oh you can go to the post office to ask .Really ?!?I was super upset and called Walmart because I bites the movies at Walmart.com and finally someone show some respect and ask me what they can do to fix the problem.I tell them I just want my movies because was a present for someone else.She tell me they can only give me a refund and a 20 dollars gift card for the inconvenience.I still want the movies but at least Walmart.com did something.Really good customer services.But this “company” suck !! Don’t buy nothing with them.Stay away

They sell crap, VERY poor quality! Dont issue a FULL refund either, as they promise! They are the bookUNpros, and I will NEVER do business with them EVER again!!!

Gave me a date that product should be at my home. Two weeks after orde. Waited 2 days after it was supposed to arrive still not herr. Called ststed that hadn't gotten product stayed it should get herr in about 5 more days. Asked to cancel order...said couldn't had to wait until arrived . Could have gone and picked the book up. Bought through Walmart. Not dependable company.
