shocking customer service, bought 4 vapes and all were faulty, don't go near these crooks!! no refund given, customer service is worse the a dodgy insurance company.

I ordered vape pen on 12/29/20. It is now 1/15/21 and still have not received the item. When I was tracking the item it was in Hong Kong for 8 days and then went to Chicago where it was sitting when I wrote this review. Dont expect to just call them because their customer service number is in China. They have a chat function on the website that no one answers. Sent an email and still waiting for a reply. Now accepting the fact of a $69.99 is a loss. These great reviews of fast service are either paid bots or live in China.

Send fake tracking info which shows item is being shipped but in actuality because they don’t complete it with the shipper items are not picked or or sent to shippers. I ordered and paid 134.20 on April 20 2020 And have reached out numerous times to the company request confirmation and shipping info they do nothing but send same bogus tracking which according DHL E-COMMERCE has never been received by them My method of pay is now investigating and will continue to reach out to other sources

I mis-ordered a vape pen. I asked how to return/exchange it and was told how expensive it was to ship back, and was sent to their warranty page. I also never received a confirmation of the order to correct the product. I ended up keeping the item even though it uses different coils than what I normally use.

SLOW response time, they do not resolve problems but will quickly tell you to reverse a pay pal credit against them when filing a dispute hahahahahahah this company is horrible. Charged you on what you ordered but send you what you didn't order hahahah.. wow..

Ive made a purchase online for carbon fiber mod full kit rx300. The kit stated it will include a tank, charger, and mod. Shipping is coming from China and shipping method was DHL. When I received my package, I received two tanks that had nothing to do with my purchase. The invoice stayed the cost was $12.30 but I've been charged $130.50 which is the cost for the items I wanted. This company can only be contacted via email if you live in the u.s. which is very frustrating to deal with. They take 72 hours to respond not to mention. When I got a reply, they insisted that the item I paid for was relieved and gave me the tracking number to the item I RECEIVED which was the wrong item! Since I used pay pal as method of payment, I filed a case. After 45 days of fighting with this vape sourcing company, PayPal refunded my money, however, I had to pocket the shipping cost to send these items back.. Just imagine how upset you would feel yo have to pay out of pocket to send items you never ordered back to sender and pay for it on top of that. PayPal tried to contact them to refund my shipping buy no reply. The only time vape sourcing replied to me is when they wanted me to reverse PayPal payment hahahahahahaha. Do not trust this company, because if you do and they screwed you over, it will be a very long process to get a resolution. I posted a pic of my email to them and then a pic of the invoice with the product I RECEIVED. Notice, it's the same order number. This is a very true story people.... this company is trash
